Stupid coolant hoses, why do you have to this?

So in my other post earlier today I mentioned that my coolant light came on. So I popped open the hood and couldn’t find anything that looked wrong. I drove around the block a few times and popped the hood open again. Coolant was leaking everywhere. I think it is a combination of my thermometer getting stuck and a hose going bad. So yeah, my “okay” day became a bad day. Also my super overprotective dad says that if random things like this happen weekly the bmw is gone, which makes me extremely despondent. I don’t want a newer car, I want my 32 year old bmw and I would fight for her. So how is your afternoon oppo?

Coolant hoses deteriorate from the inside. A good squeeze will help find a trouble area.

Its a flipping 32 year old car, what does he expect? If you bought the thing as a fun/project car great. Its going ti happen.

Now, if you were supposed to buy a reliable dd for the time being and you bought that, then yes, its got to go
